How Does the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Work?
If you are not satisfied with Avela for any reason, simply return all unopened units for a full refund (minus S&H) within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must be clearly postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds given on unopened units of Avela only.
• All returns subject to 15% restocking fee.

• All return packages require delivery confirmation.

Where Do I Send My Return?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Our warehouse cannot accept packages with postage due. For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by traceable mail, with delivery or signature confirmation included. This service is offered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers. Please include a note with your postal address, e-mail address, and daytime phone number along with a copy of your sales receipt, and send to:

How Will I Receive My Refund?
Your refund will be credited to the credit card used on the original purchase. Refunds will be for the original Avela purchase amount and will not include shipping and handling. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card.
